Returns and Refunds

Cancellation of Orders:

Should you decide to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee, and ONLY IF notice is received by Noosa Emporium within 24 hours of the order being placed. Cancellations received after 24 hours of the placement of the order will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already dispatched through Australia Post or our courier.

Returns:

Should you wish to return your purchase you will require to notify your request in writing, stating the reason for the return, description of product, invoice number, date of purchase and contact number.

We will contact you and organise the return of the product via registered post. The customer will incur all costs associated with the return.

Products returned must be in its original condition, and within 14 days of receipt to quality for a refund or store credit.

Refunds:

Please choose carefully when purchasing as refunds and exchanges will not be provided unless the product is faulty, not doing what they’re supposed to do, or significantly different to those shown or described to you.

Noosa Emporium replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Under these circumstances, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by emailing Customer Service.

Noosa Emporium will replace any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition including its packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to Noosa Emporium at the customer's own cost and risk. In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service team are able to contact you. A staff member will contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by reimbursing the original credit card that was used to purchase the goods.

We cannot guarantee a full refund if the product has been used, damaged or is not in its original condition. For that reason, we ask that you email our Customer Service representative to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your purchase. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to individual circumstances.

Customers are required to post the product for refund, via registered post, at their own cost. Once the product is received by Noosa Emporium and is deemed in an acceptable condition then the refund will be charge back to the customer.

All refunds for purchases placed online are credited back to the original credit card on which the purchase was made.
